The floatation machine is suitable for the separation of nonferrous metals and non-metallic metals such as coal, talc.
The floatation machine is driven by the electric motor triangle belt to rotate the impeller, which generates centrifugal effect to form negative pressure. On the one hand, enough air is inhaled to mix with the pulp; on the other hand, the pulp is stirred to mix with drugs. At the same time, the foam is refined to make the mineral adhesive foam float to the pulp surface to form the mineralized foam.
Adjust the height of the gate and control the liquid level so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.
Instructions for flotation machine:
Before starting the machine, check the bolts in all parts. Before stopping and starting, manually replace the wheel to rotate to prevent sediment deposition and increase the motor load. During work, carefully adjust the height of the gate to keep the liquid level stable and scratch the mineralized foam on the slurry level into the groove at any time.

Flotation machine structure device: the machine is mainly composed of slurry tank, stirring device, gas charging device, mineralization bubble discharging device, motor, etc.

4. Mineralization bubble elimination device: it is to scrape out the foam floating on the groove surface, which is mainly composed of a motor driven reducer and a scraper driven by the reducer.
Operating principle
